Objectif
Reading and analyzing literary texts within the context of history writing and Arthurian literature
Contenu
This course offers an introduction to Old and Middle English history writing, exploring the notions of history and legend in medieval England through a variety of texts.
Evaluation
BA 2005 : Students will be assessed by means of active participation and the submission of an essay.
BA 2013 : Group-discussion in class (collective & groups) and writing an essay (individual); possibility of writing an extended essay (plan d'études 2013)
