Objective

The main goal is to be able to evaluate the implications of a problem linked to environmental pollution

- To know the principles of risk assessment and their limits
- To know the tools to evaluate concrete situations of environmental pollution
- To be able to find out, to sort out and to synthetize the available information
- To be able to critically evaluate a problem of environmental pollution

Content

The course is divided in two parts:

- A course with different presentations on topics related to risk assessment and environmental pollution
- A personal work with the redaction and presentation of a specific thematic linked to pollution problems

Evaluation

50% grade: personal work (50% report - 50% oral presentation)
50% grade: written examination (2h)
