Objective

This course offers the possibility to question the globalisation process through an analysis of circulations.
It takes the form of a research fieldwork on the circulation of knowledge, devices and individuals, that will change every year. This course will mobilize historical, comparative and societal perspectives and uses archive work (local and web), ethnographic approaches and biographical interviews.

Content

Defined each year, the thematic will lead to questionning both the embededdness of individual trajectories (biographical interviews) and public policy as well as the consequences of individual circulations on the putting into tension of societal norms.
Beyond the iterative process of research that articulates theoretical, methodological practices and analytical work, the educational objective of this course is to encourage the transferability of research practices in the professional world.
