- Acquire specific skills that are critical to the success of a start-up or to professional career in a an existing company, throught the development of a concrete start-up rpoject
- Be familiar with the major. challenges of a start-up company to avoid most of the pitfalls
- Validate a business idea with potential customers and industrial experts.
- Get good command of practical tools by applying them successfully to the group project


The training material of each subject matter was co-developed with several entrepreneurs with particular knowledge in the field, and illustrated with real business cases. All the trainers are either start-up founders or senior company executives.
Particular efforts have been made to establish a balance between theory vs. practice, cathedra lecture vs. group discussions and short case studies vs. long-term group projects.

Programme requirements

The training is free of charge, open to anyone studying, working from a Swiss university regardless of the academic level or field of study. Applications are subjected to selection based on motivation, ambition, and experience.
