Discourse Analysis
Marcel Burger got his PHD from the University of Geneva in the domain of Discourse Analysis in 1997. He got a grant to study at the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris (Prof. Patrick Charaudeau) and at the University of Amsterdam (Prof. Teun A. Van Dijk). His domain of interests include public communication, political and media discourses, as well as digital communication, especially social media.
