Study of drugs and medical devices used in case of emergency, major event and disaster, as well as their own managment.
Individual and Population Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic Modeling
Detailed description and analysis of the effects of drugs tested, with regards to the time and to their concentrations in the body.
Identification of sources of variability of these effects.
Development of strategies for the individualization of dosage based on the measurement of plasma -or even intracellular- levels (eg. HI protease inhibitors, anticancer drugs, antimycotic, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, antibiotics).
Medical oncology
Evaluation of the clinical pharmacokinetics of oral anticancer drugs and individualization of their dosage regimen by therapeutic drug monitoring.
